How to Track Work Hours and Calculate Your Pay

Whether you are a freelancer, part-time employee, or shift worker, keeping accurate track of your hours is essential. Calculator: History & Money provides a dedicated Time Calculator and Wage Calculator to make this simple.

Using the Time Calculator

The Time Calculator lets you add and subtract hours, minutes, and seconds with ease.

Example use cases:

  • Calculate total hours worked across multiple shifts
  • Determine the duration between clock-in and clock-out times
  • Add up all hours in a week for payroll

How to use it:

  1. Tap the Time tab in the app.
  2. Enter your start time and end time.
  3. Add multiple time intervals if needed.
  4. The app totals all your entries automatically.

All time calculations are saved in the Time History screen for easy reference later.

Using the Wage Calculator

Once you know your total hours, the Wage Calculator (Premium) estimates your paycheck.

  1. Enter your hourly rate.
  2. Enter your total hours worked.
  3. Optionally enter a tax rate to see estimated net pay.
